Cheeseburger Macaroni

10 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless  1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 c onions, chopped  16 ozs elbow macaroni, uncooked 
3 1/2 c water  8 ozs Cheez Whiz Light 
10 ozs tomatoes and green chilies  1 tbsp yellow mustard 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add water and tomatoes and green chilies, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add elbow macaroni. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed; stirring often. Add Cheez Whiz product and mustard. Mix well and heat through.
