Caramel Walnut Dream Bars

Base:  14 ozs low fat sweetened condensed milk 
18 1/4 ozs yellow cake mix  1 whole egg 
3 tbsps light margarine, softened  1 tsp pure vanilla extract 
1 whole egg  1/2 c walnuts, ground fine 
Filling:  1/2 c toffee bits, ground fine 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare base, combine cake mix, margarine, and one egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly. Press mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, remaining egg, vanilla extract, walnuts, and toffee bits. Mix well. Pour over base in pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until light brown on top..
