California Turkey Goulash

3 1/2 ozs Success Boil-in-Bag brown Rice, one bag 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup 
4 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed 1/2 c water 
1/2 c fat-free milk  
Prepare rice according to package directions. In a saucepan, combine rice, turkey, milk, soup, and water. Mix well. Cook on medium heat. Cover pan and cook three minutes , or until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook another three minutes until heated through.
