Caesar Salad Dressing Caesar Salad Dressing

Adapted from Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
8 servings

1/4 c bottled lemon juice 2 tbsps dijon mustard 
1/4 c white vinegar 1 tsp garlic powder 
1/4 c water 1/8 tsp black pepper 
3 tbsps parmesan cheese  
In a screw-top jar, combine lemon juice, vinegar, water parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cover and shake well. Shake before each serving. Serve as a dressing for salad greens.
Store in refrigerator for up to one week. Servings are per two tablespoons.
