Butterscotch Blondies

18 1/4 ozs  yellow cake mix  6  ozs  butterscotch chips 
1/4 cup  margarine  14  ozs  fat-free sweetened condensed milk 
1  whole  egg  1/2 cup  egg whites 
1/2 cup  walnuts, chopped  1  tsp  pure vanilla extract 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, and egg. Mix until crumbly. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minute. Remove from oven and sprinkle top evenly with walnuts and butterscotch chips; set aside. In a small bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Pour evenly over top chip. Bake for 25 minutes, or until center is set.
