Broccoli & Noodles Supreme

6 servings

5 ozs  No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked  1/3 c  parmesan cheese 
10 ozs frozen broccoli flowerets  1/2 tsp  salt 
10 3/4 ozs  low-fat cream of chicken soup  1/8 tsp  black pepper 
4 ozs light sour cream  
Cook noodles according to package directions. Add broccoli for the last five minutes of cooking time. Drain noodle mixture well. Return the noodle mixture to the saucepan. Add chicken soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.
