Broccoli & Noodles Supreme Broccoli & Noodles Supreme

6 servings

4  ozs  No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked  1/3 c  parmesan cheese 
2  c  broccoli, fresh  1/2 tsp  salt 
10 3/4 ozs  low-fat cream of mushroom soup  1/8 tsp  black pepper 
1/2 c  light sour cream  
In a large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. Add broccoli for the last five minutes of cooking time. Drain. In another saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and heat for a few minutes.
