Breakfast in Bread

10 servings

1 3/4 c egg whites, beaten until foamy 3/4 c fat-free milk 
1 1/2 c unbleached flour 5 ozs low-fat bacon, cooked and crumbled 
2 1/2 tsps baking powder 1 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 
1 tsp salt 1/2 c reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine beaten egg whites, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, bacon, and cheeses. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until top is golden brown.
