Bran Belgian Waffles

4 c low-fat baking mix 1/2 c egg whites, slightly beaten 
3 c fat-free milk 2 tbsps olive oil 
2 c wheat bran 1 tbsp cinnamon 
Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, bran, egg whites, oil, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour half cup batter per waffle onto hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
