Blueberry Pound Cake

12 servings

18 1/4 ozs yellow cake mix 8 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened 
1/3 c water 2 whole eggs 
2 tbsps olive oil 2 c frozen blueberries 
1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 c walnuts, chopped 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12-cup tube pan or ten miniature loaf pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and eggs. Fold in blueberries and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
