Banana Nut Breads

18 1/4 ozs yellow cake mix  1 c bananas, mashed 
1 whole egg  1/4 c walnuts, chopped 
1/2 c fat-free milk  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 8" x 4" loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg, milk, bananas, and walnuts. Mix until thoroughly combined. Pour batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake each for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
