Banana Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

   Cake:  1  tsp  cinnamon 
2 1/4 cups  low-fat baking mix  1  whole  egg 
1  cup  banana, mashed     Glaze: 
3  ozs  mini chocolate chips  1  cup  powdered sugar 
1/4 cup  granulated sugar  1  tbsp  fat-free milk 
1/3 cup  fat-free milk  1  tsp  pure vanilla extract 
1  tbsp  olive oil  
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, bananas, chocolate chips, granulated sugar, 1/3 cup milk, oil, and cinnamon. Mix until all is moistened. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Meanwhile, to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, remaining milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until drizzling consistency. Pour evenly over cooked cake.
