Banana Berry Smoothie

8  ozs  low-fat strawberry yogurt  1  med  banana 
3  ozs  fresh strawberries, washed and hulled  3  tbsps  granulated sugar 
In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, banana, and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
