Baking Mix Blueberry Waffles

2 c low-fat baking mix  1 whole egg 
5 ozs frozen blueberries, with liquid  1 tbsp olive oil 
1 c fat-free milk  
Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a liquid measure, combine baking mix, blueberries, milk, egg and oil. Mix until blended. Pour half cup batter per waffle onto hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
