Baked Burritos

12 servings

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  7  ozs  green chilies 
16  ozs  fat-free refried beans  6  ozs  cheddar cheese, shredded 
12  ozs  salsa  14 1/2 ozs  no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained 
13 1/8 ozs  burrito wraps  3/4 cup  onions, chopped 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add refried beans and salsa. Mix well and cook over low heat. Fill each center of burrito wraps with 3/4 cup chicken mixture. Roll up and place burritos into prepared pan. Sprinkle each with chilies, cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Bake for 30 minutes.
