Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing

Adapted from
12 servings

1 oz ranch salad dressing mix, dry 1 tbsp light brown sugar 
1/2 c water 12 ozs leaf lettuce, torn into pieces 
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar 1 c mushrooms, sliced 
2 tbsps bacon bits 1 c croutons 
In a screw-top jar, combine dressing mix, water, vinegar, bacon bits, and brown sugar. Cover and shake well. Serve on lettuce topped with mushrooms and croutons.
Yields: 3/4 cup (twelve one tablespoon servings).
