Apple Streusel Nut Loaves

30 ozs nut bread mix Topping: 
2 c fat-free milk 1/2 c light brown sugar, packed 
2 med Granny Smith apples, chopped fine 2 tbsps unbleached flour 
4 tsps cinnamon 1 tsp water 
2 whole eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 22 miniature loaf pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine bread mixes, foil packets from mixes, milk, chopped apples, four teaspoons cinnamon, and eggs. Mix well. Pour about half cup or three ounces of batter into each prepared pan; set aside. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine brown sugar, flour, water, and remaining cinnamon. Mix well. Sprinkle evenly over top loaves. Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
