Apple Pie Cake

Batter: 1/2 tsp lemon extract 
18 1/4 ozs yellow cake mix 1/4 tsp nutmeg 
1 tsp baking powder Topping: 
1/2 c egg whites 1/4 c light margarine, cold 
20 ozs apple pie filling 1/2 c granulated sugar 
1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 c unbleached flour 
1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cinnamon 
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 13 "x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare batter, combine cake mix and baking powder in a small mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, apple pie filling, oil, cinnamon, lemon extract, and nutmeg. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine margarine, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in another mixing bowl. Blend with a pantry blender until mixture is crumby. Sprinkle the crumbs over top of batter. Bake 35 minutes.
